About the Role
The Department of Livestock Services (DLS) is inviting applications for 538 government posts across Bangladesh. These positions are entry‑level, intended for candidates who have passed the SSC examination and meet the age criteria. Successful candidates will join a vital public sector organization responsible for livestock development, disease control, and farmer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior officers in implementing livestock health programs.
- Participate in field surveys, data collection, and reporting.
- Support the distribution of veterinary inputs and extension services.
- Maintain records of livestock populations, disease outbreaks, and vaccination schedules.
- Engage with farmers and local communities to promote best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: SSC Pass (any discipline).
- Age: 18 to 32 years as of 01 September 2026.
- Citizenship: Must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
- Physical fitness and basic computer literacy are essential.
Salary & Benefits
The selected candidates will be appointed under Grade 19th & 20th of the National Pay Scale 2015, receiving a basic salary ranging from Tk. 8,250 to Tk. 20,010 per month. Additional benefits include medical allowance, transport allowance, and other statutory allowances as per government rules.
